MABS - MABS 25
25th Edition of bi-annual scientific conference in The Hague & Rotterdam
September 2018
MABS 25 is a biannual scientific conference that was held in The Hague between 23rd and 29th of September 2018. Jibe! Group had the pleasure to be fully in charge of all communication and organisation of this international conference, from start until finish.
We started out with a lovely welcome reception, had a week full of interesting sessions and inspiring speakers and ended the week with an incredible banquet on the SS Rotterdam. Furthermore, we provided an active social program for the 200 international participants, including a city walking tour and a site visit to one of the Dutch Defense locations.
For this particular event, we carried out the full communication and registration process, including save the dates, invites, registration and ticket sales. This continued to the after-event follow-up email with survey. Moreover, we were responsible for the conference venue, hotel, catering, logistics and AV. We also set up the speaker and sponsor management. For the different sponsors, we created packages and coordinated the booths and branding. With regard to the speaker management, we made sure to make a time effective planning and schedule, and gathered all the right presentations to ensure smooth sessions.
Last but not least, we also coordinated the printing of the Book of Abstracts (containing all 120 abstracts) and the event guide that were provided in the conference bag.
